Jason’s commitment to physical fitness is life-long and enthusiastic. He’s been working in this field since 1995 and a member of the Fitness 365 team since 1997. At that time, he was a co-op student responsible for keeping the exercise equipment clean and in good working order, but he knew that this starting position was actually the ideal vantage-point from which to observe and learn the workings of all aspects of the gym environment. Consequently, in 2001, he was promoted to Manager and, in 2007, to General Manager.
As fulfilling as his current managerial role is, however, it’s from Personal Training that Jason derives the most satisfaction – communicating his enthusiasm for physical fitness to others and then helping them improve the quality of their lives. Having graduated with Honours from George Brown College’s Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program (the oldest and most respected college fitness program in Ontario), he has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2001, through FLMP, the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, and Can-Fit-Pro. Through the Ontario Fitness Council, he achieved additional certification as a Group Fitness Instructor.
Since 2001 – as well as developing Fitness 365’s revolutionary “High-Intensity Weight-Loss Program” (whose participants not only lose weight but are also taught how to keep it off for life) – Jason has trained more than 300 men and women, a client list that ranges from professional athletes, to potential officers preparing for Police Force entry tests, to fitness contest competitors, to ordinary people afflicted with severe weight problems. That’s more than 300 men and women whose lives have benefited from his expertise and individually customized work-out programs: whose flexibility and mobility have improved; whose strength has increased; whose excess weight has been stripped away; whose physical appearance has been enhanced; whose youthful vigour and energy have returned; whose quality of living has blossomed.
Michael Lanni – Head Trainer
Michael has been working in the fitness industry since 2003. His clients range from professional NHL players to teenagers who want to take their game to the next level to non-athletic, average people simply trying to lose weight or get in shape.
Nichole K. Kolman – Elite Trainer

Robert Pearce – Personal Trainer
Robert is certified as a Personal Trainer through both the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) and Can-Fit-Pro. His clients come to him with a variety of goals; but whether their objective is to achieve weight-loss or athletic excellence, they receive the full benefit of his educational experience, as well as his heartfelt understanding of how important it is to build a health and fitness program on a solid, knowledgeable foundation.
Horace Hunter – Boxing Instructor
Allow professional boxer and coach Horace Hunter to show you the ropes and burn that fat away. By emphasizing proper form and technique, this intense cardiovascular work-out will help sculpt and condition your body. Classes are designed for all fitness levels and offered in both one-on-one and group formats.

Sean Holmes – Personal Trainer
Sean’s extensive educational qualifications and background in professional lacrosse allow him to put his own programs and techniques into practice with instinctive straightforwardness. They also give him a strong proficiency in Sport Specific Training. He has been working in the fitness industry since 2004 and during that time has helped individuals and teams excel in their sports; as well, he has guided non-athletes towards achieving their weight-loss and general fitness goals.
