3 month membership – $132.00
6 month membership – $239.00
12 month membership $406.00 or $39.00/month

Membership Flexibility: If you know you can’t make it to the gym for a while, you’re able to freeze your membership (at no additional charge).
Memberships can be frozen for:
• Minimum — 1 Week
• Maximum — 6 Months

Buddy Pass Program: If you refer a friend, family member or co-worker to Fitness 365 and if they sign up as a member, you will have time added to your membership.
• 6-month or 1-year membership for your “buddy” = 1 free month added to your membership
