MIKE LANNI – HEAD TRAINER
Some say that Mike’s life-long involvement with sports and physical fitness began before he was born. Whether or not this is fact or myth may never be known for sure; but it’s a matter of record that he’s been playing competitive soccer since he was three years old and that his passion for anything related to athletics, exercise and health has been growing from about this same early age.
Having graduated with Honours from the Fitness and Health Promotion Program at Humber College, Mike went on to obtain certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Personal Trainer. He’s been part of the Fitness 365 team since 2005, working as a Personal Trainer with clients of all ages to guide them towards achieving a wide variety of fitness goals. His clientele ranges from non-athletes striving for weight-loss or weight-gain and general improvement in physical health to athletes requiring Mike’s expertise as a Sports Conditioning Specialist to assist them in breaking through boundaries and attaining higher levels of performance.
Mike’s diverse fitness background enables him to incorporate body-building, functional training, yoga, Pilates and balance techniques into his clients’ workouts, as required. The complete and comprehensive workout programs he designs are specifically tailored to each individual’s goals, fitness capabilities and desired level of intensity.
