Junior Training

Fitness 365 provides Junior Training for children 12 to 16 years of age. Our knowledgeable trainers will assist your son or daughter with everything from losing weight to gaining muscle to increasing flexibility to improving performance in a particular sport. With this expert guidance and coaching delivered in a safe, fun environment, young people become stronger, faster and more powerful; they become more proficient at their desired sport, able to compete at a significantly higher level; and, perhaps most importantly, they become more self-confident with an elevated sense of self-esteem.
