IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO CONTINUE WITH A MEMBERSHIP, PLEASE RETURN YOUR MEMBERSHIP FOB BEFORE THE 14TH DAY OF YOUR TRIAL MEMBERSHIP. THE FOLLOWING FEES WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IF THE MEMBERSHIP FOB IS NOT RETURNED BEFORE THE LAST DAY ON YOUR 2 WEEK TRIAL MEMBERSHIP
